Cookie policy
1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Arrow Lake AB uses cookies and similar technologies on arrowlake.se, what they do and how you can control them. We only use cookies that are needed to run the website and, if you agree, cookies that help us understand how the website is used. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting or social media tracking.
The policy follows the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (Lag (2022:482) om elektronisk kommunikation, chapter 9, section 28) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in general.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the website remember things, such as your settings or whether you have already accepted cookies. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies). Others stay on your device for a set time (persistent cookies).
First-party cookies are set by the website you visit. Third-party cookies are set by another service, in our case Google. In this policy, "cookies" also covers similar technologies such as local storage.
2. Cookies we use
We use two categories of cookies. You decide whether we may use analytics cookies. Essential cookies are always active, since the website cannot work without them.
Essential cookies
These cookies are set by our website platform Wix. They keep the website secure and stable, protect forms against misuse, make pages load correctly and remember your cookie choice. They also give us basic, aggregated statistics on how the website performs through Wix's built-in analytics. Essential cookies do not require consent under the Swedish Electronic Communications Act, as they are strictly necessary to provide the service you request.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website, for example which pages are visited, how long a visit lasts and which country visitors come from. We use this information to improve content and structure. Google Analytics is blocked until you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and we do not combine the data with other information about you. We do not use Google Signals, advertising features or user-ID tracking.
Contact form
Our contact form does not set any cookies of its own. The information you submit (such as name, email and message) is only used to answer your enquiry. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

4. Your consent and how to change it
When you first visit arrowlake.se, a cookie banner asks for your consent. You can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies or choose per category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the website works fully either way.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the privacy settings icon on the website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing before you withdrew it. We ask for your consent again after 12 months, or sooner if we change how we use cookies.
Browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Wix.com Ltd. is based in Israel, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection. Google LLC is based in the United States and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Where required, transfers are also covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
When cookies involve personal data, you have the right under the GDPR to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw your consent. Contact us at info@arrowlake.se to use your rights.
If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY. Questions about cookie rules can also be directed to the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority, PTS.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if we change the cookies we use or if the law changes. The latest version is always available on this page.
